If you contact us via the Website, we may process your request to prepare an estimate, schedule measurements, and propose next steps. Final commercial terms are agreed separately in the applicable agreement/contract.

2. Services offered through the Website

• Consultations and project concept development (as applicable)
• Interior design documentation and renovation planning (as applicable)
• Lead collection and coordination for future contracting (as applicable)

Descriptions, pricing references, timelines, and availability shown on the Website are informational and may change based on project specifics.

3. Estimates and timelines

Any estimates, schedules, delivery/installation assumptions, or cost ranges are based on information provided online and/or initial discussions. They depend on on-site measurements, actual conditions at the property, technical constraints, material availability, and confirmed design scope. Therefore, final timelines and costs can differ from preliminary estimates after measurements and specification finalization.

4. Electronic commerce and distance contracting (Ukraine)

If we sell/provide Services via the Website as part of electronic commerce (including remote/online contracting), the consumer-facing identification details of our business entity are provided so you can identify the seller/contractor before ordering. For distance contracting, we provide required pre-contract information (including contractor identification details) and ensure that essential contract terms are accessible for review before ordering.
